Our 
Story

Since 2006, iPad Management in Southern Georgia and Northern Florida has provided exceptional property management services. Currently, our company oversees four communities with more on the way. We manage Cove Landing Properties, a complex with 30 duplexes; Rivertown Commons, our luxury mobile home park; Centertown, a multi-family property; and Pine Needle Trails LLC, another multi-family property. We also offer many other single and multi-family living options in Moultrie, Thomasville, Cairo, and Tallahassee.

Our parent company oversees several construction projects that will bring more luxury living across the panhandle and Southern Georgia. New homes are being built in Thomasville, Moultrie, Tallahassee, and Freeport.
